Job summary

Foundation Partners is seeking an HR Operations professional to join our UK team, reporting to the Head of HR. Around 50–60% of your time goes on HR operations: payroll, systems and compliance. The other 40% focuses on employee experience: onboarding, engagement surveys and people projects.

You will manage end‑to‑end onboarding, maintain data accuracy across HR systems, handle contractor administration, expenses and compliance tasks, and contribute to updating our handbook.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years work experience in HR, payroll or admin.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Confident with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Organised and able to manage several deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Payroll: prepare monthly UK/US payroll inputs and supporting reports.
• Onboarding: own end-to-end process for new hires and early weeks check-ins.
• HR systems: keep data accurate across country HR/payroll platforms and run reports.
