Radiant in London is seeking a People Operations Specialist to run the employee lifecycle and keep improving it as we scale.

You will own the People Ops stack, ship automations this week, and build the data foundations for scalable, fair processes across UK/US regions, collaborating with the People Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience building people systems in scaling companies.
• Experience in a high-growth, remote and multi-geography setup.
• Hands-on, practical mindset with automation focus.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding and lifecycle changes end-to-end with automation focus.
• Administer promotions, transfers, terminations across systems.
• Create SOPs, checklists, and playbooks for onboarding and offboarding.
• Own core HR operations across onboarding and changes.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.
• Design and maintain automations and workflows across people tools.
• Improve HR processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Translate feedback into concrete action points and journeys.
• Lead Notion People pages updates and Notion docs.
