Job summary

This role collaborates with operational teams—General Admission / Retail, Premium / Hospitality, Logistics and Culinary—to understand event resourcing needs and ensure labour is planned and delivered within productivity and budget targets.

• Experience in staffing and employee relations preferred.
• Support for recruitment processes and learning & development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and employee relations for multiple teams.
• Collaborate with General Admission/Retail, Premium/Hospitality, Logistics and Culinary to forecast event resourcing needs.
• Ensure labour is planned and delivered in line with productivity and budget targets.
• Serve as the first point of contact for a large casual workforce, resolving queries and providing support to ensure a positive experience.

Job description

As People Operations Specialist you are a key member of the people team focusing on staffing and employee relations whilst supporting with recruitment, and learning and development.

This role works closely with operational teams—General Admission / Retail, Premium / Hospitality, Logistics and Culinary—to understand event resourcing needs and ensure labour is effectively planned and delivered in line with productivity and budget targets.

This role is the first point of contact for a large casual workforce to resolve any queries, provide support where necessary and ensure they have a great experience whilst working with us.
