Job summary

Wren Kitchens is seeking a People Operations Advisor to support the People Operations Manager in enhancing how our People function operates. You will combine operational HR knowledge with process improvement, data analysis and project delivery, working across HR, Recruitment and Training to improve processes, ensure compliance and uplift employee experience.

You will review and implement streamlined processes, own defined operations, and produce metrics to inform decisions, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Experience in operational HR and UK employment practices.
• Ability to review and improve HR processes and ways of working.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience delivering projects and coordinating with multiple teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the review, development and implementation of People processes, policies and operational procedures.
• Own defined People Operations processes and identify opportunities to simplify and standardise.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruitment and Training to resolve operational issues.
• Design, document and implement streamlined processes and self-service tools for managers.
• Carry out compliance and process audits, coordinating actions to resolution.
• Lead smaller People Operations projects and support wider People projects.
• Produce and analyse people metrics, dashboards and reports to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Support the People Operations Manager with priorities and practical recommendations.
