Job summary

K&Z Holdings Ltd, a growing multi-brand franchise group operating 26 sites across the South of England, seeks a hands-on People & Culture professional. You will own onboarding, recruitment support, and employee relations, while partnering with management to implement data-driven improvements.

This hybrid role combines admin, project work and site visits to drive real impact. You will work across KFC and Pret a Manger brands, handling compliance, dashboards, and people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Practical People/HR experience and understanding of employee relations processes in real-world settings.
• Familiarity with absenteeism, capability, disciplinaries and grievances is a plus.
• Willingness to work with data, dashboards and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key People compliance, including right-to-work and visa expiries.
• Own and interpret People dashboards, identify trends and drive actionable change.
• Manage onboarding and probation processes and streamline procedures.
• Support recruitment across brands and guide managers on systems and best practices.
• Assist maternity and family-related processes and provide employee support.
• Collaborate with external ER partner Moorepay on cases and processes.
• Champion engagement surveys and translate results into actions.
• Support events, recognition, and development initiatives across brands.
• Travel to sites as needed to understand problems firsthand and implement improvements.
