As People Operations Officer you will be delivering a customer:focussed HR processing service for a number of areas of our organisation. You will be working with our Service Managers to ensure they work to our HR polices, processes and practices. This will include:
You will be managed by our People Operations Manager, and will be working with a wider People team who support other areas of the organisation, so there will be plenty of opportunities to learn from others, hear more about what we do and how you play a part in the bigger picture.
Youll also be working closely with the rest of the team in particularly the Strategic People Partners and ER and Wellbeing team. Your relationship with our Payroll team is also going to be key.
An understanding of, or keen interest in HR is essential, while some experience of the area would be desirable. We will also look to supporting you with further development and in gaining a recognised qualification in HR support.
To succeed in this role you must possess a good basic education and strong administrative skills : including a familiarity with Word and Excel, and experience of using mail merge and databases.
