Job summary

Ofgem, the energy regulator for Great Britain, is seeking a People Operations Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support across Learning and Development and the core HR lifecycle in a hybrid delivery model.

You will work with Senior People Partners and Service Enablement Hubs to ensure accurate, timely HR services for a diverse workforce across London, Glasgow and Cardiff, with flexible working patterns and a permanent role.

The People Operations Officer plays a critical support role within a hybrid HR delivery model, providing comprehensive administrative support across Learning and Development and core HR Lifecyle to ensure efficient, accurate and timely delivery of all people processes and transactions. Operating within a shared services environment, they act as a central point for administrative HR tasks, collaborating closely with Senior People Partners and Service Enablement Hubs to deliver consistent, efficient and employee-focused services.
