Amey Ltd is seeking a People Operations Manager on a fixed-term basis (approx. 6 months) in Liverpool. The role supports the People Partner for Strategic Highways, delivering high-quality HR guidance and driving people initiatives across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with HR Shared Services and specialist teams, ensuring proactive HR service delivery and strong employee experience, with hybrid working and travel across England.

Formación

• Qualified CIPD Level 5 or working towards it with HR expertise.
• Experience as a People/HR professional in a similar-sized organisation.
• Strong understanding of HR service delivery and policy application.

Responsabilidades

• Support the People Partner in developing and delivering activity and plans.
• Produce key metrics and insights from data to drive actions.
• Assist workforce planning, talent attraction, and talent pipeline strategy.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Recruitment, L&D and Reward teams.
• Ensure policy application is consistent and well-communicated.
• Support TUPE activity including due diligence and consultation.
• Project-manage restructures and employee communications.
• Deliver people management training and run focus groups as needed.
• Support mobilisations, demobilisations and organisational change.
