Job summary

White Stuff is seeking an experienced People Operations Lead to drive operational leadership across Retail, Head Office, Distribution Centre and Contact Centre. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will lead People Business Partners and Recruitment Partner, shaping delivery and governance during a period of transformation.

You will simplify processes, enhance systems readiness and improve workforce planning, while maintaining colleague experience and strong stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a People Business Partner or HR manager role across multi-site organisations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and change delivery capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into practical plans and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership across the People function for Retail, Head Office, Distribution Centre and Contact Centre.
• Lead a team of People Business Partners and Recruitment Partner, driving consistency and accountability.
• Deliver process simplification, system readiness and governance across onboarding, changes and offboarding.
• Use data and insights to prioritise actions and drive improvements.
