We are looking for a confident and highly motivated People Operations Executive to join our People Team in Manchester. We are growing rapidly and have ambitious plans over the next few years, so we need a superstar to help us achieve that!

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

Supporting various initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Development, and Retention within the existing People Ops Team in Manchester. Collaborating closely with Function Heads across Germany and Austria to improve People practices. Bringing new ideas and thinking outside the box is encouraged.

The Job:

• Work with Talent and L&D Teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees
• Support induction & probation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Ensure completion of 1-1s across regional areas
• Drive employee engagement through surveys and focus areas
• Develop and implement DEI initiatives in collaboration with the team
• Report on employee absence
• Follow HR processes, including admin and paperwork
• Support colleagues and promote a positive work environment

• German language proficiency at least B2 level
