Operations Executive, Seller Flex, External Fulfillment

Amazon Worldwide Operations is the core fulfillment and customer service engine that ensures a consistent, world-class customer experience. We seek high-potential, flexible, innovative, and forward-thinking professionals to join our India Operations team. Are you ready to lead high-visibility, strategic, revenue-generating projects and leverage Lean methodologies for operational process improvements? Are you comfortable analyzing business requirements and collaborating with development teams on architecture and design?

Join us as a SellerFlex Operations Executive (SFOE). You will monitor multiple seller flex sites from an operations and compliance perspective, working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely launches and meet operational metrics. With a customer-obsessed mindset and a strong sense of ownership, you will identify patterns and disruptions, analyze data implications, and ensure smooth operations. Flexibility to work weekends, overnight shifts, and travel to seller nodes for setup, launch, and monitoring is required.

Key Responsibilities
