Join the Operations team as Operation Executive (OE)

As an Operation Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring multiple SSD 3P Fulfillment centers from an operations, performance, design, and compliance perspective. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage operational performance and drive improvements in quality, productivity, speed, and cost. With a customer-obsessed approach and a strong sense of ownership, you will identify patterns and disruptions, analyze data, and foresee implications. Flexibility to work weekends, overnight shifts, and travel to stores for designing, setting up, and monitoring 3P operations is required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor complete UTR operations FC+ LM of assigned 3P SSD sites and suggest & implement improvements.
2. Coordinate with 3P partners on S&OP planning, HC planning, quality metrics, and other parameters.
3. Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring objectives, limits, conformance, and privacy are maintained.
4. Visit sites to ensure operational conformance, restrictions, and norms.
5. Conduct monthly audits of 3P sites.
6. Visit all assigned sites at least once a month.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
