Qualifications

• 0–3 years coordinating people in startups, accelerators, consulting, VC, or founder roles.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and decide what matters today.
• Excellent writing; ability to draft company communications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and quick rapport-building.
• Proficient with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Define how the company operates day to day—the cadence, processes and tools as we scale.
• Own the candidate and employee experience end to end, building systems to keep it high.
• Set the standard for internal and external communication—voice, templates, response times.
• Act as the first filter on our hiring pipeline: screening calls and founder shortlist.
