Overview
The Business of Fashion is seeking a highly organised, analytical and people-centric People Operations and Analytics Manager to join the BoF People team. As BoF’s People Operations and Analytics Manager, you will drive a positive employee experience through the whole employee lifecycle by using our systems, data and policies to enable all team members to do their best work, and as a direct result drive our overall business performance in line with our ambitious goals.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but agile People team that is genuinely focused on providing an exceptional employee experience rooted in a people-first, human centric approach. In your role as People Operations and Analytics Manager, you will have the opportunity to own the analysis and reporting on key people metrics, influencing how decisions are made, while maintaining autonomy and responsibility in delivering a best-in-class day-to-day employee experience for our global team. This is a hybrid position, which will require a blend of in-office and remote working.
