Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is hiring a People Operations Analyst II to support global mobility and employee lifecycle workflows within a multinational context.

You will help shape the People & Culture Shared Services function and partner across teams while using low-code tools to streamline administrative tasks. Based in the UK, you will handle lifecycle events, onboarding and leaver processes, payroll data preparation, and change management letters.

Qualifications

• Experience in People & Culture Shared Services and global mobility/immigration, especially within EMEA.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision on minimally complex tasks.
• Good communication of concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Prepare new hire and leaver paperwork and change in terms letters.
• Maintain employee data changes in Workday and ServiceNow.
• Support monthly payroll information and invoicing processes.
• Use low-code/no-code tools to automate repetitive workflows.
• Coordinate training compliance and policy acknowledgements.
