A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People Operations Advisor to join the International People Operations team based in Birmingham city centre. This is a hybrid role, with a current requirement of working 3 days on site in the Birmingham Office.

The purpose of this role is to provide proactive, high-quality People advice and support across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Business Partner team and wider People function, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience, ensuring compliance with policy and legislation, and supporting managers to effectively manage their people responsibilities.
We are continually looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working, so you'll be encouraged to share ideas, challenge existing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the People function. Building strong relationships will be essential, as you'll work closely with HR Business Partners, managers and colleagues across the business to deliver a seamless and customer-focused service.
