You will lead a small People Team and drive HR projects across recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, and culture change, while ensuring a strong, practical grasp of UK employment law.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR generalist in a multi-site environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive organisational change.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and compliant practice.
