CPRE, the Campaign to Protect Rural England, is seeking a seasoned People Manager to lead the HR function and shape a positive, inclusive culture at Old Street, London.
Reporting to the Director of Finance & People, you will provide strategic HR leadership and day-to-day support for colleagues and SLT.
Job ref: FP-PM, Department: Finance & People, Location: Old Street, N1 7NH. From 1 November, Waterloo SE1, Contract: Permanent, Hours: Part Time, 21 hours per week (3 Days). Salary: London £55,000 FTE, pro‑rated for 0.6 FTE (Out‑of‑London salary available on request).

Reporting to the Director of Finance & People, you’ll provide strategic HR leadership while ensuring high-quality day to day support for colleagues, managers and the Senior Leadership Team. This is a varied and influential role.
