Reed, based in Bristol, is seeking an Employee Relations Manager / Lead to join its ER & Policy function in a hybrid role. The position focuses on leading complex ER casework, shaping ER strategy, and supporting senior stakeholders across the business.

The role offers exposure to high-profile matters and opportunities to drive culture change and policy development. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end ER cases, coach ER specialists, and collaborate with HR to mitigate risk and drive

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end management of complex and sensitive ER cases.
  • Acting as an escalation point, coaching and supporting ER specialists.
  • Partnering with HR and the business to manage risk and ensure best practice.
  • Supporting restructures and redundancy projects, including planning and delivery.
  • Using data and insights to identify trends and improve ER outcomes.
  • Driving continuous improvement across ER processes and governance.
  • Contributing to ER & Policy projects that support cultural and organisational change.
  • Supporting the development and review of HR policies.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on complex, high-risk ER casework, while playing a key role in shaping ER strategy, supporting senior stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across the people function.
