Job summary

• CIPD Level 3 certificate or equivalent HR experience.
• Generalist HR experience across recruitment, payroll and policy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Be an efficient, proactive People Officer supporting all schools within the trust and central team.
• Provide HR advice on recruitment, contractual changes and policies.
• Coordinate payroll processes via a third‑party provider and support meetings as note taker when required.
