This standalone HR role delivers RPM's people operations and provides guidance to the board and senior managers. Reporting to Finance Director, you will handle data processing, payroll, recruitment and policies, while supporting organisational change and strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Generalist HR experience including employee relations, performance management and L&D.
• Thorough knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS Payroll tools (Moorepay) and HRIS/ATS platforms.
• Likely CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Deliver RPM's people operations and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide HR guidance to board, senior managers and wider team.
• Manage data processing, case work, recruitment and payroll processing.
• Ensure benefits, policies and processes are upto date, both administratively and strategically.
