Centrica invites you to join a two-year People Graduate programme across the UK, featuring three rotational placements in different areas of our People Team. You will work on meaningful projects, solve real business challenges and make an impact from day one.

You'll have the opportunity to work toward a professional CIPD qualification, receive structured development and mentoring, and build a network of graduates across the business, with a hybrid working model and travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Expecting a minimum 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Master's).
• Have the right to work in the UK prior to starting.
• Curious, proactive and keen to learn.
• Willingness to travel and relocate between placements where required.
• Available to start in September 2027.
