Liberty Global plc invites graduates to join its two-year People Graduate Programme, a structured development journey across the People function with rotations in Strategic Planning & Transformation, Belonging & Talent Development, Reward and HR Business Partnering.

You’ll work with experienced professionals across a global business, gain exposure to many markets, and work toward a CIPD Level 7 qualification, supported by a comprehensive learning and development curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations across People functions including Strategic Planning & Transformation, Belonging & Talent Development, Reward, and HR Business Partnering.
• Contribute to projects supporting people strategy, organisational effectiveness and business transformation.
• Collaborate with teams across Liberty Global's international federation and build relationships across markets.
• Gain exposure to a wide range of people-related challenges, initiatives and priorities.
• Participate in a comprehensive learning and development curriculum to accelerate growth.
• Work towards achieving a fully funded CIPD Level 7 qualification.
