Job summary

Centrica plc in the UK invites you to join a Business Management Graduate scheme that rotates across different areas of the business. You’ll work on meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience and build a network while developing critical problem-solving and leadership skills.

Starting salary is £32,000 per annum with eligibility for an annual bonus and a profit-based share plan. The two-year programme offers three rotational placements and a hybrid working approach with relocation flexibility

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Masters).
• Have the right to work in the UK before starting work.
• Curious, proactive and keen to learn.
• Willingness to travel and relocate between placements where required.
• Available to start in September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and problem-solving skills through multiple placements across the business.
• Engage with mentors, line managers and graduates network to support development.
• Contribute to projects across strategy, operations, transformation and delivery.
