Job summary

Be Caring Ltd in Sheffield is hiring a Recruitment Officer to find and welcome values-driven colleagues who deliver outstanding care across our local service. You'll promote Be Caring locally, build partnerships and manage onboarding with the central recruitment team, ensuring compliant, efficient recruitment.

The role is full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours, with a driving licence and access to a vehicle required for work.

Qualifications

• Confident, engaging communicator who can inspire and connect with people from all walks of life.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills managing multiple vacancies and candidates.
• Experience in social media, marketing or external promotion (desirable).
• A values-driven approach; first impression of Be Caring for many candidates.

Responsibilities

• Screen applicants and interview people who have the right values and can meet the needs of the people we support.
• Promote job opportunities and build partnerships with local organisations, employment preparation schemes and local authority partners.
• Raise our profile across Sheffield through social media, community events, job fairs and Refer a Friend.
• Complete onboarding calls with new starters, raising and resolving concerns early to support retention.
