Marsh is seeking a talented professional to join the M&A Advisory team in London. This hybrid role requires in-office presence on at least three days per week, with strong client-facing responsibilities across the deal lifecycle.

You will support human capital due diligence, Day 1 planning, post-close integration and value creation, working with clients and internal teams to shape priorities and deliver practical recommendations.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in consulting, HR advisory, transaction services or related people-focused advisory.
• Strong interest in mergers, acquisitions and transformation.
• Ability to analyse information quickly, identify key issues and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute across multiple workstreams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of M&A advisory assignments across the deal lifecycle, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Analyse organisational, talent, rewards, culture and HR operating model issues arising from transactions.
• Contribute to client deliverables, presentations, reports and recommendations.
• Identify key people risks and value levers linked to the deal thesis.
• Coordinate workstreams with Principal consultants and client teams.
• Assist in designing integration plans and change activities.
• Gather and interpret data to inform client recommendations.
• Support business development and cultivate client relationships.
