Autism East Midlands is seeking a confident HR Advisor to join our team in a pivotal role that shapes fair, consistent and values-led decisions daily. Based in Worksop, you will be the trusted first contact for people matters, delivering practical support and guidance to managers across services.

You will bring CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, with up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and a people-centred approach to applying it in practice.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
• People-centred approach with fair, consistent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead fair investigations into conduct, capability and grievance matters.
• Support effective absence management with dignity and consistent policy application.
• Review contracts and change-of-circumstances letters for accuracy.
• Produce management information to support leaders’ decisions.
• Design and deliver practical HR training and tools.
• Support continuous improvement across the HR team.
