Job summary

Parkdean Resorts in the UK is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of maintenance professionals across our parks, ensuring safety, reliability and great guest experiences.

You will manage day-to-day facilities, infrastructure and compliance, mentor colleagues, control budgets, and partner with park leadership to deliver outstanding service while upholding high health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a team in maintenance or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance professionals and mentor them to perform at a high standard.
• Foster accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement across the maintenance function.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of park facilities, accommodation, infrastructure and grounds.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely and to high standards and manage related budgets.
• Keep records of works and compliance checks; liaise with external contractors for high-quality work.
