And with your people-first approach, you’ll shape a culture where your team feels supported, motivated, and proud of the work they do.

This role is primarily a management, planning and coordination position rather than a hands‑on maintenance role. The Maintenance Manager will spend much of their time overseeing maintenance systems and schedules, managing compliance and health & safety requirements.

What you will be doing...
  • Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities through effective planning, scheduling, administration and use of maintenance management systems, ensuring work is prioritised, compliant and completed efficiently
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, trust and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and team briefings to ensure your team are engaged and working efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with the park leadership team to ensure maintenance supports a seamless guest experience by responding promptly to all maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance of all park facilities, accommodation units, infrastructure and grounds across the park.
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely and to a high standard.
  • Manage the maintenance budget including labour costs, stock levels, and the procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all works and compliance checks.
  • Liaise with and manage external contractors to ensure work is carried out in accordance with health and safety policies and to a high standard.
  • Ensure full compliance with all statutory and company health and safety regulations, supporting regular audits.
  • Lead on fire safety, legionella testing, electrical and gas inspections, and other key compliance areas.
  • Recruit, on-board and train new colleagues to meet resource plans.
  • Ensure the safe moving and siting of holiday homes.
About you...
  • Previous experience managing a team of people in a maintenance or facilities management environment.
  • Strong administrative, organisational and IT skills, with experience using maintenance management systems, compliance software and reporting tools.
  • A coaching-focused leader who enjoys developing others and driving performance through effective communication, planning and support
  • Organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence with a development and culture-focused leadership style.
  • Excellent knowledge of maintenance, grounds, compliance, and health and safety regulations.
  • Good IT literacy.
  • The flexibility to be able to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required.
