Job summary

Amazon is seeking a recent graduate to join the Human Resources team as an HR Partner at the Fulfillment Center. You will be the frontline HR representative for Team Leads and Area Managers, handling employee relations, case management, investigations, and engagement initiatives to improve the Associate experience.

You will collaborate with operations and HR teams to implement programs, analyze data for insights, and support audits and compliance with local employment laws under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field.
• Graduated within the last 24 months or soon.
• Strong English language skills; local country language is required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics.
• Manage employee case handling in line with local law.
• Support investigations and HR projects as assigned.
• Analyze data to draw insights on attrition and engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on hiring and engagement initiatives.
