Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term role at the East Midlands Campus. The role supports multiple sites regionally, driving employee experience, engagement, and operational excellence across PXT, with regular mobility across campuses.

You will translate priorities into action, partner with campus leaders, and strengthen culture with data-driven decision making, governance, and safety collaboration. A strong HR background and English fluency are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Relevant HR experience or equivalent across operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with business leaders.
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsabilidades

• Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Build an inclusive environment with Employee Resource Groups and equitable talent practices.
• Maintain floor presence and gather insights to identify disengagement early signs.
• Conduct site walks to assess workplace conditions and maintain facility standards.
• Partner with site leaders and safety teams to ensure consistent safety program execution.
• Lead community initiatives across your node and with Public Policy and Public Relations teams.
• Improve site effectiveness by addressing root causes and fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and predict challenges.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI while maintaining high-touch service.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance, and employee relations.
