iwoca is seeking a People Experience Administrator to join our People Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for iwocans, ensuring the employee journey runs smoothly from first day to last, with a focus on payroll across the UK and Germany.
You will manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain BambooHR data, and support benefits. The role is part-time (≈25 hours/week) with flexible patterns and pro‑rated full-time salaries.
As our People Experience Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for iwocans and the person who keeps the employee journey running smoothly, from someone's first day to their last. Supporting payroll across our UK and German teams is a key part of the role, so you'll play a direct part in making sure every iwocan gets paid correctly and on time. You’ll support payroll in both countries, run onboarding and offboarding, and be the first port of call for questions. This is a part‑time role, ideally 25‑hours spread across five days, but if a different pattern suits you better, we can be flexible.
These are full‑time salaries that we’ll pro‑rate for the hours you work. We expect to pay from £32,000 – £36,000 for this role in London but, we’re open‑minded and want to find the right person for this role, so definitely include your salary goals with your application.
