Job summary

The Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT) seeks a Data and Insights Lead to drive trusted business data for better decisions in Oxford. You will oversee financial and operational reporting, data quality and governance, and enable self-service analytics with AI-enabled tools.

Transition to Oracle Fusion and ensure data migration and reconciliation are seamless. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations and Technology, coordinating with implementation partners and the Systems Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise reporting, analytics or data improvements.
• Ability to translate business questions into useful reporting requirements.
• Proven leadership of a reporting/data team or workstream.
• Familiarity with data migration, validation and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Define reporting priorities with stakeholders and deliver financial and operational insights.
• Lead reports, dashboards and self-service analytics ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage data migration to Oracle Fusion including mapping, cleansing and validation.
• Establish KPI definitions and governance with Finance and owners.
• Oversee data models and integration, ensuring traceability from reports to source data.
• Coordinate with systems/partners to deliver complex reporting solutions.
