Job summary

Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Programme Management: Maintain roadmap and portfolio, track priorities and risks, produce clear reporting.
• Project Delivery: Define People & Engagement projects, develop plans and deliver value.
• Data, Insight & Reporting: Build dashboards, models, and visualisations to support decision-making.
• Organisational Effectiveness: Collaborate across teams to link information and support leadership discussions.
