Job summary

Farmfoods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in the Trafford area. This full-time role covers 43 hours across five days, with a salary of £31,449.60 to £35,306.88 per year.

You will work closely with the shop manager to run an efficient shop and deliver excellent customer service. You will coach and develop a team of retail assistants, handle recruitment and inductions, and manage costs such as shrinkage and payroll while maintaining a safe, tidy shop.

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial or supervisor role.
• Ability to develop and coach a team of retail staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with running the shop and delivering great customer service.
• Develop and mentor the retail team through coaching and feedback.
• Stand in for the shop manager when required, ensuring smooth operations.
