Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Work closely with the shop manager to run an efficient shop and provide a great service to customers.
• Develop your team through coaching, mentoring and feedback.
• Be accountable for the shop in the absence of the shop manager and ensure customers are looked after, deliveries are processed, and shop routines completed for safety and tidiness.
• Motivate and guide the team to control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
• Support recruitment and induction of new team members.
