Job summary

4Front Recruitment is partnering with a British aerospace and defence business to recruit a Production Team Leader. You will lead a 20+ strong team of technicians, manage performance and development, and ensure output meets KPIs in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

You will apply robust people management skills, develop your team, and drive continuous improvement in a setting with complex assemblies and multiple QA stages.

Qualifications

• Experience leading skilled people in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings, production data and KPIs.
• Strong people management, development and appraisal skills.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Develop and train the team, manage attendance and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and solve production issues.
