Job summary

Orion Electrotech in Yarnton is seeking a Production Assembly Team Lead to guide a skilled production team in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.

You will drive quality, efficiency and continuous improvement while ensuring the timely assembly of complex products. Strong leadership and technical understanding of production processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing, production or assembly.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
