Location: Oasis Academy Brightstowe, Bristol
Salary: SCP 1822 (£31,537 £33,699 FTE) pro rata for term-time plus additional weeks
Contract: Term-time plus 2 weeks to be agreed with line manager

As our newest Professional Development Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our staff team. You will work closely with the Principal, Senior Leadership Team, and Regional PD Manager to ensure that all colleagues have access to high-quality training and development opportunities.
