What you’ll do

You will lead the People strategy, driving culture, talent development, and employee engagement. You will oversee our employee value proposition, engagement and aligning People initiatives with our business goals. You will play an active role in our DE&I and sustainability efforts, ensuring we continue to be a responsible and inclusive workplace. As part of the leadership team, you will shape the employee experience and support leadership development to build a thriving company, ready to hit our strategic objectives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

People Management:

  • Own the People function, its structure and effectiveness
  • Provide direction and support to direct reports
  • Provide development and wellbeing support to our main pool of 200+ consultants

People Leadership, Operations and Compliance:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive People strategy that supports the company's growth and mission
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align People initiatives with business goals
  • Provide guidance and counsel on all People-related matters to senior leadership
  • Oversee People operations, systems, and compliance
  • Accountable for People policies
  • Setup annual mandatory training for People-related material
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits globally
  • Responsible for the companywide pay review process
  • Manage People budgets and resources effectively
  • Responsible for tracking Board-level People metrics
  • Attend Board meetings as an observer when required

Talent Acquisition, Management, Training and Development:

  • Support recruitment and own onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent
  • Create a culture of continuous learning and professional development
  • Work closely with the Director of L&D to provide training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Identify opportunities for leadership development
  • Oversee performance improvement process

Employee Engagement, Communication and Culture:

  • Responsible for our internal communications strategy
  • Responsible for embedding our positive company culture and values across all sites and business units
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives
  • Monitor and address employee feedback and concerns

Sustainability, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

  • Develop sustainability and social responsibility strategy
  • Steer DEI initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace
  • Establish metrics to track progress and report on DEI efforts

Salary negotiable dependant on experience plus:
