Job summary

Job description

• Contract – Permanent
• Location – Newfield House, Vicarage Lane, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 4EW
• Salary – £34,000 to £37,000 a year Depending on experience

Main duties of the role

As a People Development Partner, you will act as a trusted partner to leaders and teams across FCMS, forming and strengthening relationships to develop a deep understanding of workforce challenges and future requirements. You will design and implement innovative learning and development solutions that support individual growth, strengthen teams and contribute to organisational success. You will also be proactive and self-motivated, using your initiative to build relationships and identify development opportunities across the organisation, whilst working within the direction and priorities agreed with the wider Training Team.

This role is not simply about delivering training. It is about forging company-wide integration of development to drive teams to continuously improve, understanding people and identifying opportunities to create development pathways that support career progression and workforce sustainability. This will involve you visiting all FCMS sites (locations available on our website).

You will play a key role in shaping how learning and development are experienced across FCMS, ensuring our people have engaging, accessible and impactful development opportunities throughout their career journey at every level.
