Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design and implement strategic L&D plans aligned with business objectives. You will manage a team, create learning strategies, and oversee training budgets, ensuring leadership programs are developed and outcomes measured.

The role requires strong facilitation, LMS experience, and excellent stakeholder communication, including Senior Leadership. A CIPD/ILM background is desirable, with a hybrid travel pattern to Cannock.

Qualifications

• Essential previous experience in learning and development with strong knowledge of learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, including Senior Leadership stakeholder experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Desirable CIPD/ILM certifications and change management knowledge; knowledge of performance management systems; Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive learning strategies and manage training budgets
• Develop leadership programs and training content
• Evaluate program effectiveness and measure training outcomes
• Coordinate delivery of UK Talent programmes
• Coordinate with Corporate heads to identify training needs
• Ensure compliance with required certifications

What you'll be doing:
