Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Learning and Development professional to design, implement and oversee training programs, partnering with senior leadership to drive organisational development. You will lead Talent Programmes for Leadership and our Corporate unit.

You will design strategic L&D plans, manage budgets, and develop leadership content, with significant autonomy in program design and delivery, reporting to the Head of Learning and Development.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development with Talent Programmes
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Outstanding presentation and communication with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic L&D plans aligned with business objectives
• Manage and develop a team including one L&D professional
• Create comprehensive learning strategies and manage training budgets
• Develop leadership programmes and training content
• Evaluate program effectiveness and measure training outcomes
• Coordinate the delivery of UK Talent programmes
• Coordinate with Corporate leaders to identify training needs
• Ensure compliance with required certifications
