Home Group Limited is seeking a People Development Business Partner in Northumberland. You will partner with teams to identify development needs, apply consultancy methods, and lead projects, influencing practice across the team. Strong coaching, facilitation and stakeholder engagement are essential to drive our people strategy.

The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office and option for flexible working. Salary £32,000–£37,000 + health cash plan, 34 days leave, and extensive employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience of project management and applying the consultancy cycle in a range of strategic people development products.
• Extensive knowledge of strategic people development best practice, current trends and evidence-based solutions.
• Experience in designing, delivering and evaluating a range of people development across multiple teams in a large organisation.
• Experience of facilitating group sessions.
• Excellent verbal communication to work with a range of stakeholders; influencing, coaching and constructive challenge.
• Proactive, creative and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience developing and implementing innovative people development interventions.
• You’ll be a great organiser and driver to bring out the best in colleagues and managers.

• Collaborate with HRD colleagues to ensure joined-up, consistent support.

• Experience of developing and implementing innovative solutions to people development interventions.

The practical bits

• You’ll work Monday to Friday.
• We work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in the office, the rest from home and some occasional travel and working from other locations.
• Our office anchor day is Tuesday and the second day is up to you to meet the needs of your stakeholders.
