Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a passionate People Data Consultant to join the People & Data Interfaces Squad within our People Experience & Platform team. You will translate data insights into actionable recommendations to influence workforce decisions across our organisation.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with HR, senior leaders and data teams, using Power BI, SQL and other tooling to develop data products that drive better business outcomes and colleague experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data concepts and products, with ability to translate insights to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex data clearly through reports and dashboards.
• Creative problem-solving to address data-related challenges.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Promote data-driven decision-making across the bank and advocate for data products.
• Partner with HR, business leaders and technical colleagues to understand needs and deliver data products.
• Extract, analyse and translate complex people data into actionable insights and storytelling for stakeholders.
• Drive automation and modernization of legacy data solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Lead data literacy initiatives and upskill colleagues in self-service reporting.
