Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a People Data Consultant to join the People Experience & Platform team. You will sit at the intersection of People, Data and Tech, collaborating with HR, leaders and data teams to shape workforce decisions.

Power BI will be central, supported by GCP, BigQuery, Power Apps and Power Automate to deliver meaningful insights. The role emphasizes data governance, automation, and data literacy, with opportunities for professional development and industry

Qualifications

• Data literacy with PowerBI and SQL; translate insights for non-technical audiences.
• Stakeholder engagement: excellent interpersonal skills across levels.
• Data presentation: convey insights via presentations, reports and visuals.
• Communication: clear, concise communication of data insights.
• Problem solving: creative approaches to data challenges.
• Data analysis technologies: proficient with Excel and Power BI for analysis.
