Nationwide is expanding its People Function with a data-driven role focused on analysing workforce data to uncover trends, risks and opportunities. You will use Power BI, Copilot and AI-enabled tools to form hypotheses, validate findings and craft compelling data-driven narratives for decision-makers.

The role sits in a hybrid UK setup with Swindon as a key office, requiring a data-led mindset, strong storytelling and ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Experience developing hypotheses and testing them with quantitative and qualitative evidence.
• Strong data storytelling and visualisation skills.
• Experience using Power BI, Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools to generate insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Take a data-led, insight-driven approach to understanding workforce trends and risks.
• Analyse data to identify patterns, correlations and organisational issues while testing hypotheses.
• Partner with stakeholders to frame problems and identify root causes, leading deep-dive analytical reviews.
• Integrate multiple datasets to create richer insights and evidence-based recommendations with compelling visualisations and dashboards.
