Job summary

DFDS is seeking a People Data & Compliance Analyst to manage and safeguard people data across HR systems, delivering regular and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and workforce insights. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Reward, and Talent teams to ensure data accuracy, governance, and regulatory compliance.

You will drive improvements to processes, support system testing, and explore automation using Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate, while contributing to a data-driven culture across DFDS.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and Power BI for reports, dashboards and MI.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and HR compliance in data handling.
• Experience in data governance, auditing, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and report workforce data to stakeholders with clear insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, privacy compliance and data governance across HR systems.
• Support HR data automation, system upgrades and process documentation.
