Gregory Distribution Ltd is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role supports leaders with strategic HR, manages complex employee relations, and drives a high-performance culture during a period of growth, with location flexibility between Cullompton and Shepton Mallet.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with 7+ years HR experience, strong UK employment law knowledge, and a proven track record in business-focused people

Formación

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in HR, Employee Relations, People & Culture or Business Partnering roles.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven experience managing complex Employee Relations casework.
• Experience partnering with leaders to deliver business-focused people solutions.
• Ability to influence, challenge and coach stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders and managers to provide strategic and operational People & Culture support.
• Build strong relationships across the business as a trusted advisor on people matters.
• Lead complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, sickness, capability, AWOL and tribunal-related matters.
• Coach and develop managers to build confidence and capability in managing people.
• Support organisational change initiatives and drive engagement.
• Provide guidance on employment law, policies and procedures and collaborate across the People & Culture function.
