13 Month FTC - People & Culture Manager, with a growing London-based Marketing Agency.

Location: London (12 days from home per month)

Salary: Up to £55,000

Hawkwood is partnering with a leading London-based Marketing Agency for a 13-month FTC opportunity for a People & Culture Manager. Our client is a growing agency seeking someone to support Parental Leave cover.

This role offers the chance to work with innovative brands and high-impact organizations, contributing to a thriving company. Having grown considerably over recent years, our client is looking for someone to help shape and drive their People & Culture Strategy.

You will provide operational HR support, collaborate with the People Director on strategic projects for 2026, partner with leaders across the business, lead data-driven projects, champion D&I initiatives, and work closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and enhance team success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with managers to recruit and onboard top talent
• Supporting the development of strategy for 2026
• Collaborating with the Head of People on business strategy using HR metrics
• Managing ER cases and overseeing performance management
• Leading data projects and D&I initiatives to shape company culture

Ideal Candidate:

• Approximately 1 year of experience as an HR Manager
• Passion for People, Talent, and culture initiatives
• Experience with HiBob preferred
• Excellent communication, influencing, and organizational skills
• Data-driven mindset for planning and workload management
